* A $75/day deposit will be required to complete your reservation. Please note until your deposit is paid your reservation is not finalized and can be scheduled by another provider. Payments can be made via Check, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, or CashApp. 

* Last minute scheduling can be challenging. I highly encourage scheduling 1-2 months in advance if possible. Less than 24 hour notice of needed coverage will be charged an additional $50 for the day.

* 60 or more patients on full days and 40 or more patients on half days will be charged an additional $100/day

* Any cancelations with less than a full 48-hour notice to the first scheduled day will be charged the full amount per scheduled day

* Any cancelations with less than a full 5-day notice prior to the first scheduled day will be charged a $75 cancelation fee per scheduled day. 

*HOLIDAYS: Holiday weeks are generally in higher demand and booked/reserved well in advance. Therefore the cancelation policy when booking the week before or after a federal holiday (Ex. 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)  requires a 20 day advance cancelation notice. Anything canceled within the 20 day window will be charged half the fee for all of the days canceled and within 15 days will be charged the full fee.

* Accommodations for all lodging and travel are to be reimbursed with receipts provided within one week of services rendered. Note: Lodging accommodation costs will be included for both coverage days and any non-consecutive coverage days scheduled. (Ex. Weekends when coverage is continued the following week.) I’m happy to work with you so this is convenient and economical for both of us!
